We’re thrilled to announce two brand new features that will enhance your experience with our MyGov platform.

Address Icons for Linked Locations

Ever wanted a quick way to identify addresses linked with location records? Well, now you can! We’ve added and updated the icon for addresses linked with location records, making it easier for you to navigate and manage your data. Let’s take a closer look at how it works.

When adding a new project or entering information in Code Enforcement, you’ll notice a new icon—a set of two arrows going back and forth—next to addresses linked with location records. Hover over the icon, and you’ll see it’s linked with GIS. This feature isn’t limited to just one module; you can use it anywhere you add locations, be it Permits & Inspections, Code Enforcement, Liens & Collections, Business License, Work Orders, Asset Manager, Request Manager or GIS.

This small yet powerful addition streamlines your workflow, helping you better manage and understand your data at a glance.

Enhanced Valuation and Total Square Footage Reports

In response to user feedback, we’ve made significant improvements to the Valuation and Total Square Footage report fields in our reports.

Navigate to the Permits and Inspections Module Admin and access the Report Templates Tool. Within the Activity Summary report settings, you’ll notice the enhancements. Previously, we only provided valuation and square footage data. However, we’ve now expanded the options to include total valuation and square footage, along with issue date and start date.

With these additional fields, you have more flexibility in generating reports tailored to your needs. Whether you want to analyze valuation trends over time or track project progress from start to finish, these new options empower you to do so seamlessly.

In Conclusion:

These new features represent our ongoing commitment to providing you with a user-friendly and efficient platform. From streamlined data management with address icons to enhanced reporting capabilities, we’re dedicated to continuously improving your experience.

We hope you’re as excited about these updates as we are! Stay tuned for more innovations and enhancements in the future. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions to make our platform even better.
