At MyGov, we’re always listening to your feedback and continuously improving our platform. Here’s a quick overview of our latest updates, designed to make your work easier:

1. Commenting on Suspended or Held Projects

Both Collaborators and Users can now add comments on projects that are on hold or suspended in the Permits and Inspections, Code Enforcement, Work Orders, and Business License modules. This functionality already exists in CRM for suspended credentials, but is now available in the other modules as well! Now, the Comments tab remains open, even when project steps are locked, allowing continuous communication.

2. Case Description Enhancements in Code Enforcement

When creating a new case in Code Enforcement, the system shows existing violations at that address. Now Users have the ability to select and automatically copy the violation details into the case description. This update simplifies tracking and provides better case management.

3. Customizable Workflow Steps

In Permits and Inspections, Business License and Code Enforcement, Users can now determine what steps of a workflow should be enabled and disabled when projects are created in Module Administration. This reduces unnecessary steps while keeping essential tasks active, giving you more control over your workflow.

4. Global Mass Action Filters

We’ve improved the mass action process in Permits and Inspections, by requiring filters before applying actions like rescheduling. Once an action is selected, filters are hidden, ensuring smooth and error-free operations.

5. Collaborator Profile Auto-Acceptance

Agencies can now automatically accept profile updates from collaborators. This saves time by eliminating the need for manual approvals, making it easier to manage large teams.

These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, improve communication, and enhance key modules. We’re always working to improve MyGov based on your needs—stay tuned for more!
