At MyGov, we’re always working to make things simpler for our users. Thanks to feedback from one of our agency partners, we’ve added a new feature that makes it easier to view business license applications across the platform. Now, whether you’re using the Location Manager, License Module, or GIS, you’ll find applications and licenses in one spot. Here’s a quick overview:

1. Location Manager: Expanded Access

In Location Manager, you can now view both licenses and applications in the Activity tab:

  • Go to All Features and select Location Manager
  • Choose a location and go to the Activity Tab — in addition to viewing Business Licenses, you can now access Business License Applications at this location!

2. Licenses Module: Applications Made Accessible

In the License Module, you can view applications right alongside licenses:

  • Select a License and click the gear icon next to the address.
  • Choose Details or Activity to see applications as well as licenses at this address.

3. GIS Module: Activity Overview by Address

The GIS Module, also includes this feature:

  • Search for an Address in GIS.
  • Select View Activity to see both applications and licenses associated with that address.
